I am Michal Nithesh, a passionate and driven Computer Science and Engineering student at Stella Mary's College of Engineering, set to graduate in 2026 with a GPA of 7.85/10. I actively contribute to the Byte-Bash-Blitz Technical Community, assisting over 10+ students in their technical growth.
Currently, I serve as the Dev Team Lead at Byte-Bash Technologies, where I lead a team of four developers, ensuring successful project delivery while implementing Agile methodologies to boost productivity by 40%.
